Using environment
1. The working temperature of the time attendance device is 0-45ºC. Please do not used in outdoors, because long time working in outdoors will have bad influence on the device. If the device must be used in outdoors, it is need to use sun shade and radiating equipment to protect it in summer, and in winter it is need to use heat preservation facilities.
2. This terminal can be installed indoor and outdoor. But direct sunlight ,strong light , backlight and side light will affect machine recognition. When the device is in a black environment, the facial light intensity at a distance of 0.5 meters from the device is about 100 Lux-300 Lux. The closer user to the terminal, the higher intensity of the face light. If the facial exposure is too high, the user's facial feature points cannot be extracted, and recognition is difficult.
3. Installation and recommendations for its use
1)  Install the device in a place where the light source has less influence;
2)  If you enter a face on the unit, enter it under the condition that the external light is bright and there is no direct sunlight or metering;
3)  If you use a computer or other camera tools to take pictures, then send the employee photos through the software, please select a better quality photos;
4)  Adjust the recognition threshold as appropriate according to the usage.
5)  The actual installation height coordinates the higher-height users and lower users according to the site conditions. The height of the general camera from the ground is recommended to be between 1.4-1.5 meters;
6)  If installing outdoors, consider installing a visor on the equipment. If installed indoors, the device is at least 2 meters from the light source and at least 3 meters from the window.
